M&C INTERNATIONAL TRADE

On January 11, 2006 Livingston International Inc. announced the successful acquisition of PBB Global Logistics which includes M&C International Trade. Since then, our integration team has been working to bring our companies, people, systems and clients together. We are confident that you will benefit from the expanded solutions and service of our new company.

New billing invoice
As part or our integration efforts, the billing function for M&C International Trade clients is moving to a new system. Beginning July 1, 2006, M&C clients will receive a new invoice – one that contains the same details but organized into a different format. To assist you we've created a Guide to your new invoice that includes references to your current M&C invoice.

Enhanced payment options
In addition to centralizing our payments for all M&C clients in Calgary, we offer a new bank wire transfer payment option.

Office relocations
Livingston International Inc., with PBB Global Logistics, M&C International Trade and Unicity Customs Services are pleased to announce a number of office moves in Canada and the U.S. in order to better serve our clients.
